Jeff Kiely

Jeff most recently served as VP of Sales Development at The Alera Group, where he delivered a remarkable 5x growth in revenue over three years. He established a formal training and development program for new sales hires and expanded the sales team from 8 to 32 representatives.  

Before his successful stint at Alera, Jeff spent 13 years with Trion as the VP of Sales and Marketing.  At Trion, he played a pivotal role in transforming the company from a $30M enterprise with 80 employees in 2006 to a $130M powerhouse with 450 employees in 2019. Jeff’s strategic leadership was instrumental in Trion’s growth, and he served on the Executive Board, assisting in the sale of Trion to Marsh & McLennan Agency in 2010.

Jeff’s executive leadership career began at Ernst & Young in 2002, where he joined as a Sales & Marketing Leader. At E&Y, he grew the Business Risk Services practice revenue from $3M to $75M, earning accolades such as the E&Y Managing Partner Sales Excellence Award and the Global Practice of the Year awards in 2003, 2004, and 2005.

In addition to his impressive corporate achievements, Jeff is a successful entrepreneur. He has interests in a real estate investment firm and a Registered Investment Advisory company. Jeff also has experience in exit strategies, having built and sold a fitness company.

Jeff earned his BA in Economics from Franklin & Marshall College and is dedicated to continuous learning and professional development. He is actively involved with Leadership Chester County and the United Way, reflecting his commitment to personal and community growth.
